By using bloomwiselearning.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase.

Our posters and kits are educational materials meant to be used with adult supervision. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Posters are paper products and are not toys; keep small parts, packaging and hanging supplies away from young children.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Kit savings and discount codes apply as shown at checkout; only one discount can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Sale prices and promotions run for the time stated and may end or change without notice. Free bonus gifts are included once per order, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Digital downloads are delivered electronically and licensed for personal, non-commercial household or classroom use only, and they may not be resold or redistributed.

We ship within the United States. Posters ship flat on thick backing in a sealed protective wrapper. Every order ships free. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier. See our shipping details.

You may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery. See our returns details for how to start a return. Digital downloads and free gifts are non-refundable.

The Toddler Proof Guarantee is an optional paid add-on ($9.99) offered at checkout. It is not included unless you add it. It covers replacement of posters from that order that are lost or damaged, subject to reasonable verification such as a photo. It is not insurance and has no cash value.

All artwork, designs, text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to Bloomwise Learning or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Reviews and messages you submit must be truthful and may be used by us to promote our products.

Our products support learning but we do not promise any specific educational, developmental or speech outcome. The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these terms or required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomwise Learning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
